Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Lifehub platform, the website, applications, related features, and any content or functionality made available by the platform operator.

By accessing, creating an account, subscribing to a plan, browsing, or using any part of Lifehub, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully agree with these Terms and with the Privacy Policy.

If you use Lifehub on behalf of a company, family, team, or third party, you declare that you have sufficient authority to bind that person or organization to these Terms.

You must have legal capacity and provide true, complete, and up-to-date information. Use by minors or persons under guardianship depends on authorization and supervision by the legal guardian, where permitted by applicable law.

You are fully responsible for your account, your credentials, magic access links, invitations sent, and all activity carried out from your login.

• Keep passwords, access links, and authenticated devices confidential.
• Update your registration data whenever there is a relevant change.
• Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use, suspected fraud, or compromised account.

Lifehub is a tool for financial organization, planning, productivity, habits, health, goals, records, and personal/family management. The platform organizes data entered by you and generates visualizations, alerts, simulations, and reports based on that information.

Lifehub does not guarantee material accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a specific purpose, profitability, financial performance, continuous availability, absence of errors, or any specific outcomes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lifehub is not a financial institution, broker, custodian, investment advisor, law firm, accounting firm, clinic, hospital, healthcare operator, or provider of regulated professional advice.

• Information, projections, goals, analytics, comparisons, and simulators are provided for informational and estimation purposes only.
• Any financial, asset, tax, corporate, medical, training, or lifestyle decision is your sole responsibility.
• You must validate data, assumptions, calculations, and conclusions before acting on them.

You retain ownership of the content and data you input into Lifehub, but you grant the platform operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, revocable to the extent allowed by law and limited to the term necessary to host, process, store, transmit, organize, display, and technically adapt that content to operate, protect, maintain, and improve the service.

You declare that you hold all rights, authorizations, and legal bases necessary to input into Lifehub personal data, financial data, family data, images, documents, notes, lists, habit records, workouts, and any other content.

• You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and legitimacy of submitted content.
• Lifehub may remove, block, restrict, or preserve content whenever necessary for security, system integrity, legal compliance, harm prevention, or investigation of violations.

You agree to use Lifehub only for lawful, legitimate purposes consistent with the platform's stated use.

• Violating laws, regulations, third-party rights, court orders, or rules from regulatory bodies.
• Inputting unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, invasive, discriminatory, malicious content, or content that violates confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property, or third-party trade secrets.
• Attempting to access restricted areas, third-party accounts, systems, infrastructure, internal APIs, logs, or data without authorization.
• Reverse engineering, abusive scraping, automated mining, unauthorized load testing, interference, vulnerability exploitation, or distribution of malware.
• Using Lifehub to provide services to third parties, reselling access, white-labeling, sublicensing, copying, or commercially exploiting the platform without prior written authorization.

Paid features, when applicable, may be charged by recurring subscription or another model disclosed at signup. Payment processing may be handled by specialized third parties such as Stripe, which are also subject to their own terms and policies.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize the corresponding recurring charge, including automatic renewals, until effective cancellation, subject to the flows, deadlines, and conditions presented at signup or in the billing portal.

Fees, taxes, charges, currency variations, chargebacks, refunds, payment-method blocks, and any incidental bank costs are your responsibility, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Lifehub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will operate without interruptions, delays, failures, data loss, incompatibilities, temporary unavailability, unknown vulnerabilities, or expected outcomes.

We may perform maintenance, updates, fixes, temporary suspensions, feature limitations, interface changes, migrations, and deprecations, with or without prior notice, depending on criticality and operational feasibility.

Although we adopt reasonable security and continuity measures, you should keep your own copies of data you consider essential.

Lifehub, its brand, interface, source code, layout, visual identity, structural foundations, texts, graphics, icons, flows, reports, design elements, and other platform components belong to the platform operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any intellectual property rights over the platform, except for the limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the service in the ordinary course, as set out in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Lifehub operator shall not be liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, indirect moral damages, reputational damages, punitive damages, consequential damages, business interruption, investment decisions, indebtedness, tax assessments, family issues, injuries, training results, third-party failures, force majeure events, internet unavailability, hacker acts, leaks caused by third parties, or misuse of credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform operator's total aggregate liability for any claims related to Lifehub shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you to Lifehub in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim; if no amount has been paid in that period, the aggregate liability shall be limited to BRL 100.00.

No information, promotional material, support, documentation, FAQ, or communication shall create warranties not expressly provided in these Terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Lifehub operator, its partners, officers, providers, partners, and representatives from any claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, fines, expenses, and fees arising from or related to:

• improper use of the platform;
• violation of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law;
• content, data, or information you input;
• violation of third-party rights;
• fraud, chargeback, account misuse, or improper sharing of access.

We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, suspend, limit, monitor, block, or terminate accounts, features, organizations, integrations, sessions, or full/partial access to Lifehub when there is suspicion of fraud, legal risk, operational risk, default, abuse, breach of contract, legal requirement, security compromise, or any situation that may cause harm to Lifehub, third parties, or the user themselves.

Termination does not eliminate prior obligations, including payments due, liabilities for past violations, limitation-of-liability clauses, indemnification, intellectual property, and legal record retention.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on this page with the corresponding update date.

Your continued use of Lifehub after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the then-current version, except where law requires a specific form of consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the forum of the platform operator's domicile is hereby elected to resolve disputes related to Lifehub, with waiver of any other, however privileged, except in cases of absolute legal jurisdiction or mandatory consumer protection.
