Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no system is absolutely invulnerable. Some records may remain in backups and logs for legitimate periods.

By using Lifehub, you acknowledge that your data may be processed under this Policy, applicable law, and contracts entered into with you.

We process personal data to operate Lifehub, protect the platform, and meet legal and contractual requirements.
- Create, authenticate, manage, and protect accounts and organizations.
- Host, organize, display, and process the data and content you input.
- Deliver features such as dashboards, simulators, goals, habits, notifications, reports, preferences, and support.
- Process subscriptions, payments, renewals, charges, refunds, and fraud prevention.
- Keep logs, audit trails, continuity, integrity, security, monitoring, and abuse prevention.
- Comply with legal, regulatory obligations, and orders from competent authorities.

Legal bases
Where applicable under Brazil's LGPD and other relevant rules, data processing may be based, as the case may be, on contract execution and preliminary procedures related to the contract, regular exercise of rights, compliance with legal or regulatory obligation, legitimate interest, credit protection, fraud prevention, health protection, and consent, when consent is required.

Data sharing
Lifehub does not commercialize your personal data as a standalone product. Sharing only occurs when necessary, appropriate, or authorized.
- Providers of infrastructure, hosting, email, monitoring, authentication, storage, security, and technical support.
- Payment, antifraud, billing, and subscription-management processors.
- Other members of your organization, when the feature used implies internal sharing within the organization/family environment.
- Public authorities, regulatory bodies, the Judiciary, lawyers, auditors, and consultants, when necessary for legal compliance, rights defense, or prevention of unlawful acts.
- Third parties involved in corporate restructuring, investment, merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transactions, subject to reasonable safeguards.

International transfers
Some providers used to operate Lifehub may process or store data on servers located outside Brazil. In these cases, we will adopt reasonable contractual and organizational measures to seek an adequate level of protection, as required by applicable law.

Retention and disposal
Data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, operate the service, preserve essential history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, exercise rights, and meet security, audit, and fraud prevention requirements.
Even after account or content deletion, residual copies may temporarily remain in backups, logs, audit trails, security records, and databases subject to legal retention or legitimate safeguard needs.

Children's and minors' data
Lifehub is not intentionally directed at children without due participation of a legal guardian. If we identify improper processing of minors' data not compliant with applicable law, we may restrict accounts, remove content, and take applicable measures.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect legal, technical, operational, or product changes. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of the last update.
Continued use of the platform after publication of changes indicates awareness of the new version, except in cases where law requires a specific form of consent.
